What equipment do I need?

It depends on the program. Bodyweight Progressions requires zero equipment. Kettlebell Protocols needs 1-2 kettlebells. Most other programs are designed for a standard gym with barbells, dumbbells, and basic machines. Each program lists the equipment needed before you start.
