What equipment do I need?

It depends on the program. Bodyweight Progressions requires zero equipment. Kettlebell Protocols needs 1-2 kettlebells. Most other programs are designed for a standard gym with barbells, dumbbells, and basic machines. Each program lists the equipment needed before you start.
Who writes the programs?

All programs are written by Conall McElholm (MSc Strength and Conditioning, PhD candidate, 15+ years coaching in elite sport including Ulster Rugby) and Martin Dunlop (MSc Sports Medicine, Sports Physiotherapist with Ulster Rugby, previously Fulham FC and Commonwealth Games).
