EveryDay Athlete (£9.99/mo) gives you full access to all 8 training programs in the app. Performance Athlete (£50/mo) adds sport-specific periodised programming and fortnightly coach check-ins. Elite Athlete (£75/mo) is fully bespoke 1-to-1 online coaching with direct coach access, weekly feedback, form reviews, and nutrition guidance.
Can I start with EveryDay and upgrade later?+
Absolutely. Most people start with EveryDay Athlete to try the programs, then upgrade to Performance or Elite when they want more personalised coaching. You can upgrade at any time from your account.

How does Elite coaching work?+
Elite is fully bespoke. You get an initial consultation, then your coach builds a completely custom program for you. You get weekly check-ins, form video reviews, nutrition guidance, and direct access to your coach via message. Everything is tailored to your goals, schedule, and equipment.
Are there any contracts?+
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime through your Stripe account. No cancellation fees, no minimum commitment. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Who designed these programs?+
All programs are designed by Conall McElholm (MSc Strength & Conditioning, PhD candidate, 15+ years in elite sport including Ulster Rugby) and Martin Dunlop (MSc Sports Medicine, Sports Physiotherapist with Ulster Rugby, previously Fulham FC and Commonwealth Games).
