EveryDay Athlete (£9.99/mo) gives you full access to all 11 programmes and 2 sport pathways in the app — including the Gaelic Sports and Rugby Pathways. Performance Athlete (£50/mo) keeps everything in EveryDay and adds fortnightly coach check-ins, programme adjustments to fit your week, and direct message access to your coach. Elite Athlete (£75/mo) is fully bespoke 1-to-1 online coaching with weekly feedback, form video reviews, and nutrition guidance.
Can I start with EveryDay and upgrade later?+
Absolutely. Most people start with EveryDay Athlete to try the programmes, then upgrade to Performance or Elite when they want more personalised coaching. You can upgrade at any time from your account.

I play GAA or rugby — which tier do I need?+
EveryDay is enough for most sport athletes. The Gaelic Sports Pathway and Rugby Pathway are both 52-week sport-specific programmes calendar-mapped to your season — both included in EveryDay at £9.99/mo. Upgrade to Performance if you want the coach to adjust the programme around your specific match schedule, training load, or injury history. Most club players don't need that. Most academy or higher-level players do.
How does Elite coaching work?+
Elite is fully bespoke. You get an initial consultation, then your coach builds a completely custom programme for you. You get weekly check-ins, form video reviews, nutrition guidance, and direct access to your coach via message. Everything is tailored to your goals, schedule, and equipment.
Are there any contracts?+
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime through your Stripe account. No cancellation fees, no minimum commitment. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Who designed these programmes?+
All programmes are designed by Conall McElholm — MSc Strength & Conditioning, PhD candidate at St Mary's University, and 15+ years in elite sport including six years leading S&C for Tyrone Senior & U20 and currently with Ulster Rugby Academy.
